Glocal Films is a London-based, not-for-profit film company. Our unique approach draws upon our experience in filmmaking, participatory video, anthropology, sociology and social work.

Our multilingual team has experience of working with vulnerable people from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds, abilities and age groups. We have been travelling around the world for more than a decade, facilitating community-based film projects in Latin America, the USA, sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, Central, South and Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Our clients

Our clients are social organisations and institutes in the cultural, educational and international development sector. We work closely with our clients to develop bespoke film and media education projects based on participatory video methods, to best meet their needs.
